Good quality, minor shipping delay

I ordered the 'Saber Alter: Huke Collaboration Package' scale figure. The packaging was really solid, no dents or anything. The figure itself looks amazing, exactly as pictured, which isn't always the case with online buys. It shipped out pretty quickly but then got held up in customs for about 3 extra days before it reached me in Chicago. I used their customer service chat to ask about the delay and they were helpful, gave me tracking updates even though it was out of their hands at that point. Overall, I felt good about the purchase and the communication. It's a premium product and you can tell they handle it with care.

Nendoroid arrived quickly

Got the 'Nendoroid Jujutsu Kaisen - Satoru Gojo' for my brother's birthday. It got here pretty fast, like 8 days, which was nice. Packaging was good, nothing was squished. The Nendoroid looked just like the pictures. It was a smooth transaction, no issues at all.

Always reliable for pre-orders

This was my fifth or sixth pre-order from Solaris Japan, this time for a 'Nendoroid Satoru Gojo'. Like before, it arrived pretty much on time, maybe a day later than the initial estimate but that's normal for international shipping. Their communication about release dates and shipping is always consistent, which I appreciate. I keep coming back because I know what to expect and the figures are always authentic. The box had a tiny ding this time, but the figure inside was perfect.

Good selection, slow shipping

I ordered a pre-owned Figma figure, and the condition was exactly as described, which was a relief. The packaging was very secure, so it arrived without any damage. Their selection of older figures is pretty good, better than some other sites I've checked. My only real complaint is the shipping time; it took almost three weeks to get to me in California, even with the standard option. I understand it's international, but it felt a bit long. Customer service was responsive when I asked for a tracking update, which was a plus. Overall, a solid experience for finding rarer items, but be prepared to wait.

Consistent and reliable

I ordered the 'Kaguya-sama: Love Is War - Kaguya Shinomiya - 1/7 - Cat Ear Maid Ver.' figure this time around. As always, the packaging was super secure, and the figure arrived in perfect condition, which is a big deal for collectors. It took about 10 days to reach me in California, which is pretty standard for international shipping. I've bought from Solaris Japan a few times now, and they're always reliable. The quality of their new figures is consistently top-notch. I keep coming back because I know what to expect.

Good prices, slow delivery

I bought a pre-owned 'Gunpla - MG 1/100 RX-93 Nu Gundam Ver. Ka' from their pre-owned section. The description said 'A' grade, and it really was in excellent shape, all parts were there. The price was great for a model kit like that. However, the delivery took forever, almost three weeks to get to my place in Florida. I know it's international, but other stores have been faster. The customer service was helpful when I asked about the delay, though. Everything else was fine.

Got my Nendoroid fast

Ordered a new Nendoroid. It shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition. The price was fair. No issues at all, would buy again. Just wish they had more in-stock items sometimes.

Found a cool retro game

So I was looking for a specific retro game for my old PlayStation, and Solaris Japan actually had it! I was a bit nervous about buying a used game from overseas, but it came in really good shape, like they said it would. The website was easy enough to navigate, found what I needed without much trouble. Shipping took a little while, like it always does from Japan, but it got here safe and sound. The box had a small ding, but the game itself was fine. I'd definitely check them out again for other hard-to-find stuff.
